Herb Holland, founder and president of C&E Communications, has top-level professional experience in virtually every communications discipline, from writing to multimedia production to advertising to strategic communications planning and execution (whatever that means), including the so-called “new media” frontier of e-communications and social media.

He is a pioneer in the use of webcentric video communications for associations, campaigns and political officeholders and is on the leading edge of the video for social media movement.

Herb’s client list over the years reads like a Who’s Who of American and international corporations, professional and trade associations, political organizations and elected officials. He has worked as a special contractor to some of the most successful advertising and PR agencies and public and governmental affairs companies in the world, and two American presidents (one from each side of the aisle.)

A team player, deep thinker, hard worker and all-around good guy, who has a flair for the dramatic and a work ethic that would choke a horse, Herb’s leadership and persistence is what keeps clients coming back time and time again.
